It seems like an eternity since The Bees were last at home, overturning Hackney Wick 7-0 back on 13 January, but tomorrow sees the action return to The Ho-Ho Stadium.

The pitch is looking immaculate after the appointment of Adam Millward as groundsman and his input will be clear for all to see as Basildon United take to the field to face Sawbridgeworth Town in another crucial Essex Senior League encounter.

The home side come into the fixture on the back of a hard fought 1-0 victory at Ilford on Wednesday evening; a game that saw James Peagram score in his first appearance for The Bees and Jordan Cox make his debut as a second half substitute.

Sawbridgeworth are currently mid-table, but they will be no pushovers having tasted only one defeat in their last six games in all competitions and, even then, that was a narrow 3-2 defeat against second placed FC Romania.

Nonetheless, Marc, Liam and the players will go into the game full of confidence and looking to pick up another three points in the promotion push in front of the home fans at The Hive.
