Basildon United are now recruiting for a passionate and sales-driven individual as we look to expand our commercial operations within the football club by appointing a Commercial Sales Executive to join the team.

The Role
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with local businesses and individuals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new sponsorships, advertising partnerships, and hospitality sales.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and clients.
Sales Presentations: Present tailored commercial packages to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with the club.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Sales Professionals: Proven track record in sales, preferably in sports, media, or local business sectors.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Excellent Communicators: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
